A Green Card Permit for Ireland is an employment permit which allows skilled individuals to work in Ireland for a specified employer in an occupation where skills shortages exist. Over 1000 Irish employers use Visa First to successfully organise visas for their staff every year.
The Green Card Ireland is issued for an initial period of two years, after which it can normally be renewed indefinitely.
To be eligible for an Irish Green Card you need a job offer from a bona-fide company registered for trading in Ireland. The job offer must be for a position with a salary of more than €60,000, but Green Card Permits are available for jobs with salaries between €30,000 and €59,999 for a restricted number of
strategically important occupations.
